The ASPH Urology Team are committed to making your journey with the service smooth, supportive, and stress free. Therefore, we have restructure and updated our communication process in order to make it easier for our patients to reach the correct member of the team.
We have published a list of our team contacts who can help you with any appointments, surgery booking, questions, and queries. Please note that the teams are generally available Monday- Friday from 9am to 3pm, though individual working hours may vary. The team are not in to answer your calls evenings, weekends, or bank holidays but will answer voicemail upon their return. If you have an urgent medical issue out of hours please dial 111 or if this is an emergency, please call 999 or visit the A&E department where we have a Urologist on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays. We hope this improves your experience with the Urology team.
