This Quality Account is an annual report to improve public accountability about the quality of healthcare services that our Foundation Trust delivers and our plans for improvement.
Set contents for the report are outlined in the NHS Act 2009, the Quality Accounts Regulations, and annual guidance from NHS England. Quality improvements are set out in 3 core categories of patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and patient experience. The report summarises our performance against the quality priorities and objectives we set at the start of 2022-2023 and what we plan to achieve during 2023-2024. Feedback from our patients, Governors, and NHS Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board (ICB) on how well they think we are doing is incorporated in the report.
