Please be aware that ahead of planned improvement and maintenance works, Joan Booker ward will be moving to Swan ward from Wednesday 28th June. This is a temporary move from the second floor of the Abbey Wing to the third floor, and we expect to be located on Swan ward for approx. three weeks.
This means that as of Wednesday 28th June, women who are admitted on the day will be given postnatal and antenatal care on Swan ward and all current inpatients will be transferred from Joan Booker ward to Swan ward throughout the day when it is appropriate to do so. The phone numbers for Joan Booker ward remain the same.
Whilst things might look a little different on Swan ward, please be assured that the care you receive will be no different than on Joan Booker ward and the team of midwifes will continue to care for you.
