Primary Care Network Clinical Pharmacist (SASSE 2) - Band 7/8a

The post is part-time 0.6WTE, based in the area of North West Surrey working at Ashford and St Peters Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for ~ half day a week, with the remainder of your time in GP surgeries within the SASSE 2 Primary Care Network. This cross-sector position allows for joined up working, interface projects and better transfer of care. It offers the opportunity to further develop and utilize clinical knowledge and prescribing skills.

Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist

We are delighted to be recruiting for a new Substantive Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

This a new post created to replace existing services in the Endometriosis and Two Week rule teams. Applicants will work across both sites with elective operating at Ashford Hospital and Outpatient and Maternity care delivered at St Peters.

This is an exciting post for an experienced minimal access surgeon with demonstrable expertise in Endometriosis to join one of the largest Endometriosis Centres in the UK. The successful candidate will work alongside the existing Endometriosis multidisciplinary team comprising two Consultant Gynaecologists, two Specialist Nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team consisting of colorectal and urological surgeons.

Salary: £84,559 to £114,003 pa plus £149 HCAS

Project Manager - Band 7

We are seeking an enthusiastic project manager with a passion for sustainability, to lead and drive a collaborative Inhaler Project with ASPH, primary care, community pharmacists, high street chemists and other partners in NW Surrey. As part of our Green Plan we are seeking to reduce the use of aerosol inhalers and find ways to recycle used inhalers across our system, to contribute to reducing the carbon footprint and in improving the environment for the citizens of NW Surrey. This is a fixed term appointment, with a view to move to more permanent sustainability delivery roles in the future. The project manager will establish the project from the start and drive it through to delivering demonstrable impact within 12 months in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and partners.

Clinical Practice Educator, Paediatrics - Band 7

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is highly motivated and committed to evidence-based practice and service development. As the senior nurse for practice education you will work be working with the paediatric senior nurse team within the division to ensure paediatric practice is of a high standard and that the education provided for staff ensures that they are competent to look after children with challenging levels of dependency.

This is a diverse role and requires that you have not only significant experience in practice education but also the leadership and management skills to ensure any guidelines or policies required to support practice development are developed and implemented across all paediatric areas. The role will be 50% practice development and 50% supporting the learning and development of the paediatric nursing team across all areas of general paediatrics.

Salary: £41,902 to £47,684 pa
