Children learn from the examples set by the people around them. We aim to show the children through our working practices and our relationships with the families within the group, the codes of acceptable behaviour. The needs of the child are paramount and override all other considerations.
As practitioners we take forward the Principles of British Values and guide the children within our care to understand what fundamentally British Values are; provide a curriculum which actively promotes the fundamental British Values of Democracy, The Rule of Law, Individual Liberty, Mutual Respect and tolerance of those with Different Faiths and Beliefs.
