  • Appointments are up to 45minutes in duration.
  • We operate all initial appointments via Video or Phone*.
  • Please ensure you allow for the appropriate time and place for the appointment to go ahead.
  • Your physiotherapist will discuss the history/nature of your problem and the effects this may be having on your day to day life.
  • They may ask you to perform some movements or tests to help build a picture of your problem.
  • At the end of the appointment the Physiotherapist with discuss treatment options with you to help you work towards your patient specific goals.
  • If you and your clinician agree there is a clinical need for future face-to-face appointments, this will be organised.
  • Please make sure prior to the appointment we have the most up-to-date contact details for you e.g. phone number or email address.
  • Phone appointments may come from a withheld number.
  • Appointments can take place between the hours of 07:00 to 17:30 between Mondays to Fridays.
  • Please ensure that all our staff are treated with respect on phone and video appointments.
