Did you know that 80% of children, and 33% of adults, are not achieving the recommended levels of exercise for good health?

There are many side effects of this, including poor bone health. This causes not only aches and pains, but may also lead to conditions such as osteoporosis.

In physiotherapy, we have produced an evidence-based leaflet to highlight the importance of exercise to keep bones healthy. It can be used to encourage and guide patients in building, and maintaining, strong bones.
