Tubing can be collected from:
- Ashford Hospital
- St Peter's Hospital
- Royal Surrey County Hospital
Replacement batteries
You may collect hearing aid batteries from any of these centres. Please take your "Hearing Aid and Battery Issuing Record Book" with you. If you have lost it please contact your Audiology Department for a replacement. A friend or relative can collect batteries on your behalf if they take your battery book with them.
All centres are open during office hours (unless indicated) & may be closed for lunch.
You may also request your batteries & tubing by post from the Audiology Departments at Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals. Please post your battery book to them with a stamped addressed envelop with 'large letter' postage.
You may return your used batteries to the battery centres for recycling or place them in a battery recycling container available in a number of shops. Click on the postcode for a map to the centre.
