In 2005 she re-joined CUH and held roles that included Ultrasound Manager, Operations Manager for Radiology, Associate Director of Operations, Director of Operations, and a period as acting Chief Operating Officer. |

Ellen Bull Ellen has a Diploma in Professional Studies of Nursing and graduated with a BSc in Cancer Nursing and an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice. Prior to working at ASPH Ellen held leadership roles in Kingston, Woking and Sam Beare Hospice and what is now known as University Hospitals Dorset. |

Dr David Fluck David obtained his MBBS, MRCP (UK) and FRCP (UK) from the University of London. He trained at a number of hospitals in London and the South East, including St Bartholomew's Hospital, Guys Hospital London, and the Hammersmith Medical School. He held Registrar positions at Whipps Cross Hospital and the London Chest Hospital and was a Research Fellow at St Mary's Hospital. |

Dr Dami Adedayo Dami obtained her MBBS and BSc Management from Imperial College London. She trained at hospitals in Surrey and London before qualifying as a GP and receiving her MRGCP. She was Chair of the Barnet Local Medical Committee for 5 years and a Director and Treasurer at London-wide Local Medical Committees and London-wide Enterprise Limited supporting and representing general practices across London before her appointment as Non-Executive Director in November 2020. |

Jane Dale Jane has an extensive and diverse background working within the NHS, after joining in 1982 as a student nurse. After qualifying as a registered general nurse and then midwife, she worked as a ward manager, practice nurse, community team leader, and nurse trainer, before moving into management as a clinical governance manager for a primary care and community provider and commissioner. After this she was appointed Director of Clinical Care, responsible for pharmacy, primary care and community services. |

Simon Devonshire OBE Simon has an extensive corporate career and is also a serial entrepreneur. He previously ran O2 Business, the business division of the mobile-network and co-founded Wayra Europe, the business accelerator belonging to Telefonica. He served as Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) for the UK Government for three and a half years, reporting to the Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy. Simon co-founded One Water which has donated more than £25m to providing clean water in Africa. He also helped scale-up Zopa.com at seed-stage. |

Chris Kane Chris joined the Trust in August 2021 and is an author, advisor and advocate with over 30 years experience in Corporate Real Estate sector having operated as the Vice President of International Corporate Real Estate for The Walt Disney Company, before acting as Head of Workplace at the BBC, where he was responsible for the creation of MediaCityUK in Salford, the redevelopment of Television Centre and oversaw the £1bn development of Broadcasting House. |

Simon Marshall Simon Marshall has a degree in Economics and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance Accountants. Following 10 years working with PricewaterhouseCoopers on finance assignments across the central government, local government, health, education and charitable sectors he joined the NHS in 2002. |

Tom Smerdon Tom Smerdon has managed clinical operations in the NHS at a senior level since 2005, overseeing theatres, anaesthetics and day surgery and later medicine at UCLH. He moved to Great Ormond Street Hospital in 2009 as manager for Surgery prior to joining Ashford and St Peter’s in 2013 as Associate Director of Operations for Medicine and Emergency Services. Tom is the Executive Sponsor for Disability. |
