Specialty Cancer Patient Pathway Tracker in Urology - Band 4

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Urology services at St Peters Hospital. It requires a high level of organisational skills and someone who is good at communicating with a wide range of health care professionals as well as patients and their relatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive management of Urology Cancer patients from referral to treatment, and become conversant and knowledgeable in the intricacies of multiple speciality waiting lists.

They will be expected to manage their workload and assist with training and troubleshooting when required. The Pathway Coordinator will act as an essential point of contact for all patients waiting for a surgical procedure and play a vital role in ensuring patients are booked in line with the Trust’s access policy.

Salary: £22,987 to £25,365 p.a. inc. HCAS

Staff Nurse, Discharge Lounge - Band 5

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, dynamic and hardworking individual to join our team of Discharge Lounge Nurses to provide high quality nursing care to all patients across the Trust.

Clinical Practice Facilitator - Band 6

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, dynamic and committed individual to join our expanding Corporate Professional Development Team. We are looking to appoint an experienced nurse who wants to develop themselves in a clinical educator’s role and to help make a difference to the development of our Nursing Associate Apprentices and Health Care support workers.

Management Accountant - Band 6

Reporting into the Divisional Finance Manager, the role is required to assist with the provision of financial advice and analysis to support the divisional management teams and facilitate decision making. The post holder will work as part of the Financial Management team and will work with clinical and non-clinical directorates.

You will be an enthusiastic and conscientious CCAB part-qualified accountant with management accounts experience, preferably within the NHS. We are looking for someone who is a team player, with good communication skills both verbal and written, and who is able to support both the Divisional Finance Manager and Operational managers in delivering their financial responsibilities. The successful candidate must have an understanding of the issues facing the NHS and should have some experience in month end reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
